Central Housing Investment Consortium is putting together a framework of suppliers able to manufacture, supply and erect on site new-build volumetric housing systems.
The framework, called Manufacturing and On-Site Construction of Volumetric Housing, will run for an initial five years, with two further five-year extensions available subject to performance, making a 15-year term in total.
Consortium members operate predominantly in the East Midlands, West Midlands, Southwest of England, Southeast of England and Wales.
