The contract between CNH Danmark A/S and Conmac A/S was agreed and signed and Conmac A/S will be the importer, sales and service provider for the full product range of CASE Construction equipment in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
“We are pleased to announce that we have agreed upon a new and exciting deal that takes effect from today. Final arrangements for a new dealer network structure are currently being put in place and brings great advantages for sales and service of our CASE Construction equipment range in Denmark“ says Markus Meyer, business director of CASE Construction Denmark.
Looking forward to cooperate
Kristian Helms, who is a part owner of Helms TMT-Centret A/S and is now the owner of the new subsidiary named Conmac A/S, says “I am really looking forward to becoming an importer of CASE Construction.” They rank amongst the very best in supplying all sizes of construction machines worldwide and we are looking forward to selling them together with providing a full after sales service to both existing and new customers.”
Currently there more than 1,500 CASE Construction machines in operation in Denmark, the new subsidiary will take to take over the service of these machines.
Kristian Helms points at the fact, that the brand has a long history and impressive sales worldwide. “We are close to a solution at Zealand where a professional centre will be established which will provide a showroom, sales, service and spare parts. In Jutland Conmac A/S will sell and service under its own brand from dealerships in Herning and Aarhus. Furthermore we will establish more dealerships in other regions of Jutland.”
Helm goes on to say “At Funen Ringe Maskinforretning A/S will continue to provide a total sales and service programme from CASE Construction, as they have already done for a number of years,”
Well known employees in the organization
“At this moment we have already employed staff members in Conmac A/S who are well known in the contractor business due to their extensive experience.”
Kim Damgaard, who has been appointed sales manager for Conmac A/S having previously been sales manager for KFD. says “It is the employees who are highly skilled and professional in sales and service and I am proud to be able to present the full product range of machines from the smallest to the very heaviest from CASE Construction, to everybody in contractor business,”
The programme from CASE Construction ranges from light equipment to the heaviest in the form of wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators and dumpers – all of the highest standard.
Kristian Helms is for this reason, in no doubt about the fact that the best solution has been agreed in order to market the CASE brand in Denmark.
“I am looking forward to welcoming all present and potential future customers at the stand of Conmac A/S at Agromek 2010,” he states.
