The contract for the Damac Towers by Paramount has gone to TAV Tepe Akfen Investment Construction & Operations – Dubai Branch. The site is ready for the main contractor to start its 33-month construction project as enabling work has been completed on site.
The four towers that make up the complex are brought together with a multi level plaza, offering facilities such as restaurants, meeting rooms, swimming pools, shops and merchandise featuring the Paramount brand or select partner brands. Each tower stands more than 250m tall. There will be views of the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, and access to one of the world’s largest shopping malls, The Dubai Mall.
One tower is for the Paramount Hotel with the remaining three towers, housing the hotel residences. The project is designed to offer “an ambience and reflection of the Hollywood glamour and California cool lifestyle, synonymous with Paramount Pictures over the past 101 years”.
