The award follows an initial project optimisation phase carried out by an integrated team including the project owner, the design team and Eiffage.
Eiffage Benelux and Eiffage Construction will start work on the new ‘Montagne du Parc’ headquarters in early August, with handover scheduled for June 2021.
The new building will have a total area of 100,000m2 accommodating 4,500 workstations. The aim is to develop a sustainable building offering optimal interior layout flexibility while meeting all of BNP Paribas Fortis’s ecological, economic, aesthetic and social requirements. It has been designed by Baumschlager Eberle, Styfhals & Partners and Jaspers-Eyers Architects.
