Fusion21 renews £90m consultants framework

Fusion21 is renewing its national consultants framework, worth up to £90m in total over the four-year term.

The framework offers 10 lots and includes surveying, stock monitoring and appraisal, environmental, architectural, engineering and project management and multi disciplinary works – and is now available on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.org – under Notice ID APR141972.

New lots for Valuations and for Heritage & Conservation have been added for the first time, while Principal Designer duties has replaced CDMC.

Fusion21 consultants framework manager Dave Johnson said: “Following listening to member feedback and responding to changes in the market place, we have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework which boasts a full range of construction related consultancy services.

“In addition to accessing a flexible and efficient procurement solution, Fusion21 members operating in the social housing, local authorities, health, education and blue light sectors will benefit from greater efficiency savings, whilst using a framework that fully complies with procurement legislative requirements.

“We welcome applications from interested organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation.”

The submission deadline for the consultants framework is Monday 5th June 2017 at 12 noon.
