The London borough has 450km of roads to look after. Work will include routine, planned and reactive maintenance of the highway as well as improvement works.
The contract will run for five years from April 2014, with the possibility of up to three 12-month extensions.
Potential bidders have until 12 August to register interest. Six contractors will then be invited to submit full bids.
