Lewis Nicholas joined Bateman Groundworks as assistant contracts manager five years ago from the same role at RG Carter.
Managing director Richard Bateman described him as a “driving force within the business with an outstanding ability to manage people… His fluid and intuitive management style sets him apart and I’m very much looking forward to watching his career develop.”
Mr Nicholas achieved a first class BSc in Construction Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2013 – completing his degree alongside a full-time career – and winning the Student of the Year award.
