- Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment, fit-out and repair projects
- Undertake fire safety, cladding and external wall assessments

- Manage multiple projects and client instructions effectively
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Mentor and support Assistant and Graduate Surveyors
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
Requirements
- MRICS-qualified Chartered Building Surveyor
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge across building surveying, construction, building pathology and contract administration
- Experience or exposure to fire safety, cladding and external wall systems is essential
- Understanding of building regulations, compliance and remediation requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client instructions
- Excellent report-writing, communication and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
- Ambitious, with the drive to develop your career and take on increasing responsibility
What's on Offer?
- Join a high-performing, collaborative and supportive team
- Work on a varied and prestigious portfolio across multiple sectors
- Exposure to technically challenging projects
- Clear progression opportunities towards Associate and Director level
- Ongoing investment in CPD, technical training and professional development
- The opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors and senior professionals
