  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Managing project risk, change and programme delivery
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
  • Driving projects through to successful completion while maintaining high technical and professional standards

About You
You'll be a technically strong and commercially aware Building Surveyor who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • A degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • MRICS or MCIOB
  • Solid experience within UK residential surveying
  • Strong knowledge of construction, refurbishment and maintenance
  • A good understanding of Building Regulations and property legislation
  • Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects while keeping delivery on track
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ambition to develop into a future leader

Why Join?
This isn't simply another Building Surveying position. It's an opportunity to take ownership, broaden your experience and build a long-term career within an ambitious property business.

You'll benefit from:

  • Salary of up to £80k
  • A growing and forward-thinking property business
  • Exposure to varied refurbishment and new-build residential projects
  • Genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression
