Location: Birmingham, B76 0EB
Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour
Weekend & Bank Holiday Rate: £21.67 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm
✅ Paid: 10 hours per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our site in Birmingham (B76 0EB). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals looking for ongoing work with competitive pay rates.

Requirements:

• Valid Green CSCS Card (essential)
• Minimum 1 year of labouring experience
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

Duties:

• Assisting with general site operations
• Manual handling and movement of materials
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Supporting skilled trades where required
• Following all site health & safety procedures

What We Offer:

• £14.44 per hour standard rate
• £21.67 per hour for weekends and bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• 10 paid hours per day
• Ongoing work available
