Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Technical Liaison Officer (TLO) with strong administrative skills to act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth communication, coordinate activities across teams, manage administrative functions, and support day-to-day operational and system-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Liaison
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and technical teams.
- Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deliverables.
- Monitor and track incidents, service requests, and project updates.
- Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Escalate issues and risks where appropriate.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage correspondence and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain databases, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards.
- Support onboarding and user administration activities.
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
- Perform routine system administration tasks and data maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and security standards.
- Assist with system configurations and user support where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Technical Liaison Officer, Project Coordinator, Service Delivery, Operations, or Administrative role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience maintaining documentation and administrative records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or service management environments.
- Knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL preferred).
- Experience managing user access and administrative permissions.
