Fire Door Joiner - Yorkshire - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Door Joiners to carry out fire door installation and remedial works across various sites throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced joiner with a strong background in fire door works. The role involves travelling to different residential and social housing sites to complete installations, repairs and remedial works to fire doors.

The Role

• Install and fit fire doors across various sites throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast..
• Complete remedial and repair works to existing fire doors.
• Carry out adjustments, replacements and associated joinery works.
• Identify defects and ensure remedial works are completed to the required standard.
• Work across occupied and void residential properties.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a professional approach when working in tenant's homes.
• Travel between various sites across Yorkshire as required.

About You

• Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter.
• Previous experience fitting and working on fire doors is essential.
• Experience carrying out fire door remedial works.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Able to work independently and manage a daily workload.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
• Social housing/residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Relevant fire door qualifications or accreditation's are advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the travel between sites.

Immediate Start

Immediate starts are available but can navigate notice period, so we are particularly interested in candidates who are available straight away or at short notice.
