We are currently looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to work on an ongoing basis for a social housing company working alongside Tier 1 contractors across South Birmingham.

The role involves carrying out painting and decorating work within tenanted social housing properties. We are looking for reliable, professional tradespeople who can deliver high-quality work and build a long-term working relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out internal painting and decorating in tenanted properties.

Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding and priming.

Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces to a high standard.

Maintain clean and tidy working areas, respecting tenants and their belongings.

Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Communicate professionally with tenants and site teams.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.

Experience working in social housing or occupied residential properties is desirable.

Own transport is essential to travel between locations.

Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
