A retrofit and energy efficiency contractor is recruiting a Senior Contract Manager to oversee projects across a wide geographical area.

Role Overview

As a Senior Contract Manager you will lead the delivery of multiple projects across insulation, electrical, ventilation, solar and remediation programmes. You will manage teams and subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.

The role involves regular travel to sites, including projects spanning from Folkestone to Lincolnshire and across to Oxfordshire. Early starts may be needed to arrive on site at agreed times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-based delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage Contracts Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor programmes, KPIs, deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and other operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS and company procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards and monitor installation quality.
• Resolve operational issues, risks and escalations.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on project delivery.
• Work with technical, commercial and leadership teams.

Essential Requirements

• At least five years' operational management experience in construction, retrofit or property services.
• Experience managing teams, subcontractors and project delivery across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of site management and health and safety compliance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across the stated area and attend sites at agreed start times.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of retrofit and energy efficiency works.
• Experience leading projects across multiple disciplines or a wide geographical area.

Salary and Hours

• £50,000-£55,000 per year.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Interview Process
