CAD Technician

Bring your CAD experience to a growing electrical contractor where you can contribute to varied commercial projects and keep developing your design skills. As a CAD Technician, you'll help turn project requirements into practical electrical and lighting designs.
You'll work alongside an experienced technical team who can tailor support to your skills and experience. If you have CAD experience and want to broaden your knowledge of electrical design, you'll have guidance to help you take that next step.
Your role as a CAD Technician will include:
- Producing CAD drawings and supporting electrical and lighting design work.
- Developing designs for commercial projects from initial drawings through to detailed design.
- Working with the technical team to keep a varied project workload moving.
The successful CAD Technician will need:
- Previous experience using CAD software.
- Ideally, experience in commercial design, lighting or electrical projects. Candidates with relevant electrical design experience are also welcome.
- A positive, hardworking attitude and an interest in developing your skills. No specific qualification is required.
